"Estee Lauder is proud to be a Premier Plus Member of The Credit Research Foundation. Membership with CRF provides a real value when you consider how much data and research is provided in their surveys and publications. Attendance at the CRF Forums allows us to gain valuable insight into current events and best practices that help us “stay on top of our game”. Additionally, the relationships forged with fellow members and business partners at CRF provide a valuable network of resources that is outstanding in the credit industry"
John Cammarata, Executive Director, Credit & Retailer Relations,
The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc.

Business credit, which fosters inter-business financing, plays a pivotal role in influencing the level and stability of general economic activity, far exceeding the magnitude of bank credit used for this purpose. Despite its importance, other organizations have invested very little staff time and money to identify the characteristics, economic impact and corporate utilization strategy of the investment in accounts receivable.

For over 60 years, the Credit Research Foundation has emphasized the role of education and research activities to aid business credit, accounts receivable and customer financial managers. CRF is the foremost non-profit, member-supported, education and research organization dedicated to the credit, accounts receivable and customer financial management community.

"The Credit Research Foundation has brought a great deal of knowledge, value, meaning, and professionalism to the Credit field. The CRF staff has done a great job."
Peter Knox, Director Credit & Collections,
Nestle USA

The strength of the Credit Research Foundation is our members. That synthesis is their eagerness to become involved in improving and enhancing the profession of business credit and receivables management. The membership in CRF is the stimulus for all its activities. Our projects, publications and Forums are developed at the request of members who then contribute their knowledge, expertise and guidance to make our products beneficial for all members.
